Healthy Work Snacks from the Breakroom


Many work places have both unhealthy and healthy choices in the break room. Often times the unhealthy option appears more convenient, requiring no prep (a don’t, a handful of chips, etc).  A trick I’ve learned to help with the convenience factor is to take the time to cut up whole fruit and arrange the pieces in an appetizing fashion. It takes only a few minutes and it really does make the healthy option more fun and appetizing.

Oh, and I’m obsessed with cinnamon. It’s a spice that makes everything nice :).
