My I-Could-Eat-This-Every-Day Salad

It is my firm belief that every person should have a go-to salad. Basically, a bunch of your favorite veggies on top of your favorite green leaf. For me that means having a kitchen stocked with:

  • shredded carrots
  • beets
  • radishes
  • green peas
  • olives
  • avocado
  • celeryYum, yum, yum! Salads are so easy but so amazing, aren’t they?

It also helps if you have a special bowl or utensil that you love using… because why not? I guess I’m a little weird. But I love using my wooden fork and eating out of this triangle ceramic bowl my older sister painted for me :). It has radishes on the bottom to match my blog name ❤ She is so thoughtful.
