A Work Week’s Worth of Lunches

Wahoo! It’s Friday :). I can’t wait for the weekend– heading to the coast!


I thought I’d share a weeks worth of lunch ideas for all you other 8-5ers. what would we do without food storage containers?

Without further ado, lunch ideas!

Monday: start your week off sweet with juicy, hydrating berries, bananas, and coconut milk :).


Tuesday: Keep it simple yet filling with a salad, hard boiled egg, and chickpeas :).


Wednesday: Hearty roasted balsamic veggies, like this potato and cauliflower combo.


Thursday: Your almost to the weekend! keep things easy with a simple salad and baked potato.


Friday: Treat yo’self to this deconstructed veggie sushi bowl.You deserve it you working rockstar!
