Link Love: T-Shirt Craft Ideas, Flanagan Cook Book, and How-To Change

I thought I would share my 3 favorite content pieces I have absorbed this week. Who knows, this might just become a recurring post! There is just so much great stuff you stumble upon searching the web.

1. 23 Things to make from T-Shirts compiled by Domesblissity
This is a blog post I found on Pinterest with links to other bloggers amazing t-shirt craft ideas. I have a HUGE amount of old t-shirts that hold sentimental value but just take up too much space in my small home. I was totally inspired by this pin and plan on crafting when I get home from work!

2. Interview with Shalane Flanagan and Elyse Kopecky on the MTA Podcast
I am a regular listener of the Marathon Training Academy podcast. Listening to an interview with Shalane, the day before she ran in the Olimpics Marathon, was pretty, pretty awesome. I would love to get my hands on Flanagan & Kopecky’s new cookbook Run Fast, Eat Slow. Beet hummus? Yes please.

3. How To (REALLY) Change by You Tuber Brenda with LeanSecrets
Brenda took a you-tubing hiatus for months while she dealt with a health scare (Alopecia Areata, severe hair loss condition… I have friends who deal with this :(). I am really happy she has regained her health and is back on Youtube. She seems to have truly grown from the experience, although I always liked her content. I was totally nodding my head with this video about how real change happens. It is likely my favorite video of hers!
