Okay… I know I have been slacking on my marathon training weekly recaps. For a lot of reasons. The main one being I have only been running on the weekends the last three weeks as I have been coming back from a minor foot injury which I really do think is healed (YAY!).
But I have something special to make it up to you ;). If you know me well, you know I am a total podcast junkie. So much so, that I was listening to a podcast while walking through the electronic section of the Duck Store, and sort of on a whim picked up a voice recorder.
I told myself I would use it for recording interviews for blogging purposes. Then I started making audiobook samples (voice acting would be pretty fun, right???). Then I decided to take it with me on a run.
And Becca on the Run, “the podcast”, was born. 🙂
I haven’t invested in a proper microphone, so I fully realize the sound quality is kind of crap. I know this is super amateur, and I considered not sharing, but really, why the heck not? I haven’t actually uploaded it to the podcast app or anything just yet, but I figured you, my dear blog reader, might enjoy this “soft launch” if I do ever decide to actually create a Podcast in the future!
I really hope you find this 13:46 minute clip entertaining! I hope it makes you laugh, makes you think, and inspires you to get your tush out the door for a run.
