What I Ate Today #9

Hi there! It’s been so long since I’ve done a WIA post.

Breakfast: 5 Tangerines

Snack: A bunch of pumpkin seeds

Lunch: 12 oz vegan shake with strawberry beet sorbet, rice milk, and peppermint essential oil. (Random but sounded refreshing) forgot to take pic…

Snack: Finished my pumpkin seeds

Dinner: Sockeye salmon panini with sweet hot mustard, pesto, and leafy greens on Jewish rye. Side of leafy greens with toasted sesame dressing.

Dessert: watermelon and banana chips with a split piece of German chocolate cake with the dude. 🙂

Today was super yummy! And my tummy feels good! yay!
