Notes to self:

1. It’s okay to feel how you feel.

2. It’s okay to need what you need.

4. You don’t have to smile if you don’t feel like smiling. It’s okay to furrow your brow.

5. It’s okay to be tired.

6. It’s not your job to make other people feel comfortable. 

7. It’s okay to need alone time. A lot of it. Every day.

8. It’s all good.
