The best cures for anxiety I have found. ❤ No matter how tired, even a 1.75 mile run on legs that feel as heavy as bricks helps immensely. Especially when followed by evening couch cuddles. And of course “mommy don’t go to work” morning snuggles, too. ❤ 🙂 It will all be okay. Breathe.
